The E3 2012 started off with many developers showcasing their games that are about to be released this fiscal. PlayStation press conference took place with Jack Tretton coming up on stage to address the audience regarding the latest advancements that the console platform will be bringing to the enthusiasts. There were revelations made regarding PlayStation Store as well as PS Vita.
The first announcement made by Tretton was that Sony was keen on bringing Lara Croft: Tomb Raider as well as Final Fantasy to the PS Vita platform. Adding to this, he further stated that the company was keen to give benefits to PlayStation Plus subscribers and therefore added that these subscribers will now be having full access to various PS3 titles that too for a meagre price of $5 a month. Towards the beginning, the players will have access to 12 gaming titles of the mass console and that too for free. Some of these games are: Little Big Planet 2, Just Cause 2, Virtua Fighter 5 and Infamous 2.
Tretton further claimed that new games for the PS Vita platform will now be added soon and Sony was keen to increase the demand for PS Vita.
