Sony might offer more benefits on premium PlayStation Plus service

It’s back to the drawing-board for Sony, which is trying to improve its premium PlayStation Plus service and make it more appealing to the gamers. The Japanese electronics giant had recently released a survey that gives some clues regarding the new features that the company may add to its PlayStation Plus service package. Although we know nothing for sure, the general idea we get is that Sony is trying to make an initiative to vastly expand its total subscriber base.
The survey asks the gamers what features they wish to see in the PlayStation Plus. The PlayStation Plus service is a premium platform and gives you access to extra content, downloadable games, special themes and more from the PS3’s digital download platform, for a monthly fee. The survey takes the average PS3 user around 15-20 minutes to complete.
Some of the topics mentioned in the survey include the option to be given free access to Call of Duty Elite, which is the premium online service for the most played online shooter game, and access brand new downloadable PS3 games. At the moment, the only free games available in the PlayStation Plus are either tiny bite-sized games or titles that will soon be obsolete. Thus, if Sony decides to offer free downloads of brand new games, its PlayStation Plus will become well worth the premium.
Although these suggestions cannot be taken too seriously, atleast we know that Sony has put some thought into these alternatives for boosting its PS Plus premium benefits.
